the paper needs to argue using a liberal feminist lens that women continue to experience systemic barriers within the workplace/labour market in three (3) prominent areas: the lower wages afforded to women; the widespread violence against women in the workplace; and the lack of employment opportunities and/or restrictions that limits women from attaining leadership positions and seeks to keep women oppressed and limited in their opportunity to be equals in society.
