Be sure to identify the page or section of the reading (or time stamp on the video) that prompts you to pose the question (0.5 pt).

D. (0.5) Identify a statistic from the materials for this submission that you were previously unaware of and can use in your practice. It cannot be the same as any of your answers to A-C, above/ Be sure to use the correct APA format to cite it.

E. 1 pt.-Format- APA, double-spaced, 11 pt. font; include a title page, reference page, correct grammar, syntax, and spelling. Be sure to have a stable section break between the title page and the main body of the paper and between the main body of the paper and the reference page. Refer to APA manual section on “sample student paper,” pp. 61- 67. Points will be deducted here for errors in citation format in questions A, B, C, above.
