In a 3-4 page paper, discuss a social problem that interests you by using ONE of the steps from the “Model of the Social Problems Process”. Be sure to include the appropriate terms that accompany the step you’ve chosen. An example would be to discuss the Black Lives Matter movement and activists as claimsmakers. You’d, then, incorporate outsider claimsmakers, social movements, framing, etc. It’s not necessary to use all the terms from a given chapter, only the ones that fit with your discussion.
Your paper should be double-spaced, titled and proofread carefully. Fonts should be set at 12-point.
