San Antonio and the Chicano movement

The purpose of the paper is to examine the expansion of San Antonio from the early missions to the 1960s and how the Chicano movement during the 1960s help shape the city the way it is today. I want to give a brief history of the city and how it expanded over years with technology and the building of highways and other types of transportation up the 1960s then looking at how the Chicano movement of the 60s shaped the culture of city and the neighborhoods around it.
