Question 1

Benefits are quite possibly one of the most important recruitment and retention tools that an organization has. For this assignment, you are tasked to create a benefits package for employees at your local health care organization. (This can be a fictional health care organization).

• Discuss and explain the mandatory benefits that the organization must provide to their employees.
• Additionally, choose 3–4 voluntary benefits that your organization will provide to each employee and why those benefits are important in recruiting and retaining health care professionals.
• In choosing the voluntary benefits, make sure you include your rationale for choosing those benefits and provide a full description of each benefit.

Question 2

Review and discuss how developed countries around the world finance the delivery of healthcare, and contrast their methods with the approach currently in use in the United States. If you were able to alter the way the US finances healthcare, would you change anything? If so, how?

Question 3

1. Discuss the organization and the family role in every one of the heritages mentioned about and how they affect (positively or negatively) the delivery of health care.

2. Identify sociocultural variables within the Irish, Italian and Puerto Rican heritage and mention some examples.

The assignment must be presented in an APA format word document, Arial 12 font. A minimum of 3 evidenced-based references must be used (excluding the class textbook). References must be no older than 5 years. A minimum of 700 words is required.
