This assignment requires students to research a social determinant of health and analyse its impact on health outcomes and disparities.

Choose a Social Determinant:
Each group will be assigned one social determinant from the following list:

o Social Support Networks
Written Essay Requirements:
o Format: APA style formatting, 3-4 pages (excluding title page and references), Times New Roman 12-point font, double-spacing, 1-inch margins, and a running head, Introduction and summary paragraph.
o References: Cite all sources in APA format.
Detailed Information to Include:
Introduction and Overview
