MODULE 7 DISCUSSION 1

1. Select a Portfolio Knowledge area and explain what you would do for this area and how it might differ from the similar knowledge area in program and project management.

2. Identify 10 personal improvement projects (wellness, home improvement, car, family) and then using the tools you have learned in this module, prioritize and then identify which one you will choose to implement based on your personal constraints. Some suggested tools: Comparison/Prioritization Model, Capability and Capacity analysis, Quantitative and Qualitative analysis, Risk Assessment, Cost Benefit analysis/payback, and/or Bubble graph.

MODULE 7 DISCUSSION 2

During the Plan Procurement Management process, your team developed a procurement document to solicit proposals from prospective sellers and to compare their responses easily. In 2-3 paragraphs, detail what your team created, using professional examples.
