What type of information is to be included in the first section-Planning? How do the four sections of Planning relate to each other? (Note: SMART is an acronym for goals that are specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time limited.) What “professional competencies’ would you focus for the next year? (Use the NAEYC Standards for Early Childhood Professional Preparation Programs Standards in Appendix B pg.367-368 in the required text to identify competencies.)
