This course is the first of the foundational “3P” (pathophysiology, pharmacology, and physical assessment) courses for advanced nursing practice. It is a fast-paced and in-depth course. The classwork will require time, effort and focus. Viewing content-specific playlists in Osmosis, individual study, exams, and discussion participation are required.
This course differs in format from other nursing courses. The due dates for discussions and group work are earlier than before. Students are expected to be timely, participatory, and thorough. These assignments aid the student in knowledge acquisition and exam performance.
