b) Show in a table the budgeted daily costs and the budgeted daily cumulative costs for the entire duration of the project.
c) A status report after 10 working weeks into the project shows the following information:
Activity A, 100% complete as scheduled, actual cost = RM1,500
Activity B, 100% complete as scheduled, actual cost = RM3,000
Activity C, 50% complete as scheduled, actual cost = RM1,900
Activity D, 100% complete as scheduled, actual cost = RM6,300
Activity E, 100% complete as scheduled, actual cost = RM4,100
Activity F, 50% complete as scheduled, actual cost = RM1,700
Provide an earned-value analysis to evaluate the progress of the project.
d) Conclude whether the project is behind or ahead of schedule and provide justifications based on the earned-value analysis.
