Students are to create a Threefold Brochure and a Nursing Care Plan.

For the 3-Fold Brochure:

1. Identify a disease in pathophysiology on Tuberculosis.

Create an educational material that consist of:

d. Diagnostics (labs, procedures, x/ray, CT, etc.)

e. Medications: (actions, indications, adverse reactions, nursing interventions)

f. Expected outcomes

g. Patient Education

For the (1) care plan (priority) based on Tuberculosis, include:

1. Demographics
2. Physical Assessment (Subjective/Objective data)

Nursing Diagnosis (Include the following):

a. One (1) Nanda nursing diagnosis

b. Related to

c. at least (3) three as Evidence by

4. Nursing interventions (minimum of 6 with Rationales and Citation) which include:

1) Assess (Ex: vital signs- temp, bp, O2 sat, lung sounds, respirations)

2) Monitor

3) Perform

4) Administer

5) Teach

6) Assess (or you can add any from # 1-5)

5. Potential complications
6. Evaluation outcomes.
