Case Study of Acestar malaysia company

1. Identify a few research paper that reported a case related to learning organization (LO), preferably the case from Asia and the case related to any organization that uses KM solutions for organizational learning and innovation for the improvement of processes and outcomes. Case on “failure” on an organization is also preferred. In your group report, do provide the following:-

   i) The background and the context of the organization, the nature of their business, leadership etc;

   ii) Organizational learning component that has been implemented in the organisation;

   iii) Evaluation of OL strategies and the outcome; change or processes involved, any innovation; any success stories or any lesson learnt;
