The Presentation will require you to link theory and practice by reflecting on your leadership vision. The presentation assesses your ability to reflect and improve your self-awareness including identification and analysis of your strengths and weaknesses.
The focus is on learning critical analysis and thinking skills to logically build understanding of how these leadership skills can be used effectively in different context.

Assignment Task
Assessment 2 is a presentation based on material covered in TB2 TW1-TW12. This assessment is worth 30% of your overall grade for the module.

Exam brief

The presentation will consist of FIVE open questions based on the topics covered in TB2 weeks TW1-TW12: Please consider the following in your answer.

1. Define your leadership style. Reflect on what type of leader you are and why would you lead that way?
2. What are the values central to your leadership style?
3. How can you incorporate these values/ideas?
4. Ho does Artificial intelligence impact your leadership style.
5. How will artificial intelligence impact careers?

You can use different leadership theories to answer the above questions.

You are allowed to use academic journals, books, and other relevant materials available on Canvas.

Further guidance and requirements

• It is required that you:
o Complete the presentation in Word ? PPT Slides(use the exam format that will be uploaded to Canvas)
o Include one question/answer per page
o Use Times New Roman, 12 point-size font, 1.5 spacing
o Do not include a cover page
o Do not include your name or KU ID number in any section of your academic reflective essay or in the file name
o Include the number of words at the end of each of the 5 answers
o Write your answers in an academic style
o Prepare your answers using appropriate academic evidence (academic books and journals are adequate sources; class slides and websites are not adequate academic sources)
o Cite a minimum of FIVE appropriate and different academic sources in the body of the text (one for each of the five answers)
o Include a reference list of all cited references at the end of your document. Both in-text citation and the reference list must follow the Kingston University’s Harvard referencing guidelines
o The reference list is NOT included in the word count, but the in-text citations ARE included in the word count

Generally, you will be asked to link theory and practice by reflecting on knowledge of yourself.
This is an academic assignment, and as such it has to be structured and written in formal language (avoid slang). Your responses should be concise, specific, and objective.
