Through research, you will explore the nature of the challenge and why one business was able to meet the challenge successfully while the other business did not. After comparing and contrasting the two businesses, you will make specific recommendations as to how the leaders of the struggling business could have or should have changed or improved his or her approach to meeting the challenge.
