Issue Resolution and Reflection

In this two-part assignment, you will select an issue related to personnel and conflict between staff in higher education settings, specifically student affairs. You will describe the issue and create a memo describing the approach you would take to effectively evaluate and resolve the issue. You also will reflect on how student affairs can influence the relationship between adult learning and instructional outcomes in higher education settings.

Specifically, you will address how higher education institutions can use student input from surveys to analyze and consistently promote best practices.

Create a 4- to 6-page paper (not including the title or references pages) in a Word document for your response.
Use APA format for the paper, title page, references page, and in-text citations.

Develop an introduction and conclusion for your paper. Use the part titles as subheadings for your paper.

Follow the directions to submit your final Word document. Submit both parts in the same document.

As a part of the reflection, recommend 3-5 research-based strategies designed to address or alleviate issues impacting students and their academic performance in higher education.

Step 4. Compile and Submit
Create a title page for your final document. Include the memo and then the reflection. Use in-text citations where appropriate. Include a references page.
