There will be two files to be submitted for the assignment; one screenshot and a pdf copy of the certification of completion (see below). The screenshot will need to be taken at the time of completion, as you cannot go back later to retrieve this information.
    a. Screenshot one: results of the Learner Assessment II, (post-assessment quiz). This screenshot should show the number correct out of 20 points. This screen will be shown right after the post-assessment quiz is submitted. Students will earn the quiz score percentage (out of 10 points instead of 20 points)

  2. Describe the public health responsibilities of health care providers/clinicians (e.g., nurses, physicians, NPs, PAs) related to patients with diarrhea. Think of the levels of prevention and the core values of public health, and consider what HCPs must do when a patient presents with diarrhea of unknown origin. Include at least 3 responsibilities related to PUBLIC HEALTH. Include a reference here. (15 points)
  3. List at least two responsibilities of health care providers during a foodborne outbreak. Note that this is distinct and separate from diarrhea that is NOT associated with (or does not occur during) a foodborne outbreak (15 points)
  4. Identify two sources for accurate information during foodborne outbreaks and other public health emergencies. (5 points)
