Identify an organisation with at least 20 employees and has established for at least 1 year in the commercial or public sector. The work is to examine an employee engagement-related issue in the organization and then discuss; analyze; and evaluate what the organization should do to enhance employee engagement.

  • Firstly, to identify an employee engagement issue or initiative in the organization.
  • Secondly, to evaluate the cause and effect of the employee engagement issue and elaborate the implementation and in particular the expected outcome of the initiative(s) taken.
  • Third, to make recommendations to the organizations on the employee engagement-related issue and provide justifications for the recommended solution(s) or initiative(s).
  • It is pertinent that the report is not just a description of the organization’s policies/practices related to employee engagement.
