Topic of the Paper

‐ This is a Reflective Essay. Your Essay should be reflection to the Group work presentation (The group work was about employee engagement means higher performance in Google Corporation) It is on the same subject as the sample paper that I have provided from last year.

‐So you should do this paper in the same exact way as the sample paper that I have provided but don’t copy and paste the same ideas and information as the Doctor will know that it was paraphrased and copied and pasted the same information and it will cause plagiarism. So do the paper in the same exact way but bring new different ideas and information.

‐The paper should uses Gibbs (1999) Reflective Cycle framework for your reflection like the sample paper. Also you should use the Tuckman model of group development, and also Belbin’s Team Roles Theory.
Our Group Consists of 6 team members which are (Fahad, Fathaya, Husam, Janine, Jassim, Saleh). So you should put our names in the Belbin’s Team Roles Theory (The table in the appendices pages based on the personality analysis for the team roles.
Structure of the Paper The Structure should be the same as the sample paper explained below:

1‐ Introduction (Employee Engagement and Performance) – 150 words:‐ write it in the same way as the sample paper because our group work was on the same subject (Analysing the correlation between employee engagement and performance in Google). But write it in a different way so there should not be any plagiarism.

2‐ Description of the Experience (150 Words): I have uploaded the group work presentation about (employee engagement means higher performance in Google Corporation) to just have an idea and choose whatever you want for my responsibility like the sample paper.
