‐ This is a Reflective Essay. Your Essay should be reflection to the Group work presentation (The group work was about employee engagement means higher performance in Google Corporation) It is on the same subject as the sample paper that I have provided from last year.

‐The paper should uses Gibbs (1999) Reflective Cycle framework for your reflection like the sample paper. Also you should use the Tuckman model of group development, and also Belbin’s Team Roles Theory.
Our Group Consists of 6 team members which are (Fahad, Fathaya, Husam, Janine, Jassim, Saleh). So you should put our names in the Belbin’s Team Roles Theory (The table in the appendices pages based on the personality analysis for the team roles.
Structure of the Paper The Structure should be the same as the sample paper explained below:
