Scenario
Your local nursing association is preparing for its annual conference. The association sent out a call for nurses to submit abstracts for presentations. One of the specialty topics for the conference is “Information and Communication Technologies in Healthcare.” You have been involved in the process of evaluating various healthcare information and communication technologies for your organization. As part of your work, you have been able to analyze the many aspects of the respective technologies. You submitted an abstract to present one of the technologies and were selected to present at the conference. Before presenting at the conference, you are required to submit your presentation for review by the conference organizers. They have requested that your presentation is formatted using PowerPoint, following APA guidelines, and that detailed speaker notes are included with your presentation.
