 Write an essay that analyzes ONE methodology we discussed in class (based on a chapter in Gillian Rose, Visual Methodologies: Chapter 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, or 10; Semiology, Compositional Analysis, Psychoanalysis, Discourse Analysis I, Discourse Analysis II, or Audience Studies). Your essay should examine the material in the chapter in detail and discuss the sort of research questions and visual material that would be your method would solicit. Make sure to discuss the major writers associated with this methodology as well as the advantages and disadvantages of using it to analyze visual culture. You may also use information in Chapters 1 and 2 to define visual culture and discuss the criteria for evaluating a methodology.

Your essay should be 3 to 4 pages typed (12-point font) and uploaded on Blackboard before midnight on, October 11. The essay will be cleared through SafeAssign, an anti-plagiarism database.

Explain the concept of logical validity in an essay of two double-spaced pages.  Your essay should have three parts.

-In the first part, introduce what the concept of validity is about.  What does logical validity apply to?  Why is it a good thing for something to be logically valid?

-In the second part, give the definition of logical validity.

-In the third part, give an example where the concept of logical validity applies, and an example where the concept does not apply.  With the first example, explain why the definition is satisfied, and with the second explain why it is not satisfied.

Post a 500 WORD  brief description of two strengths and two limitations of Path-Goal Theory as applied in the field of public health. Then, compare (similarities and differences) Path-Goal Theory to Situational Theory of leadership. Be specific. Finally, explain whether Path-Goal Theory is a valid theory of leadership. Justify your response.
