Discipleship Report

OVERVIEW

You will write 3 reports detailing your discipleship group. The intent is for each student to lead, or co-lead, a ministry group devoted to discipleship. Each report will detail different aspects of the group, as well as you the leader.

INSTRUCTIONS

You must direct the responses as follows:

Discipleship Group Report: Vision, Purpose, Goals Assignment

This report will focus on the vision, purpose, goals, and target audience of the group. Each of these elements must be addressed.

Discipleship Group Report: Progress Assignment

This report will focus on current progress of the group. You must address the health of the group and how well the group is staying in line with the original vision, purpose, and goals. If changes have been made, you must address them and why changes were made. Be sure to include how you see your group members growing in Christ.

Discipleship Group Report: Reflection Assignment

This report will be more reflective in nature. You will need to reflect on how the group has progressed and give evidence of spiritual growth. Be sure to include your assessment of how well the group has kept to the original vision, purpose, and goal. Give an honest assessment of what you have done well, and if anything, what you would do differently in the future.
