Research title:

Digital literacy in primary classroom: An exploration of primary classroom teacher’s beliefs, the importance of digital literacy, obstacles to implementation and the possible ways to implement in primary grades in Saudi Arabia.

Research questions:

– To what extent do primary classroom teachers believe that digital literacy is an important in primary classroom?

– What justifications do primary classroom teachers identify as convincing reasons to implement digital literacy in primary schools?

– What obstacles do primary classroom teachers believe that have delayed implementation of digital literacy in primary schools?

 

Sample and data collection:

The sample of this study are the primary classroom teachers in primary schools in Saudi Arabia. the data will collect using interviews and questionnaire (qualitative).

Research Gap

children must learn to effectively navigate the internet; understanding the nuances of search, discerning good content from bad, and comprehending the importance of e-safety.

 

(every child knows how to use technology and internet but the important thing is to know how to use the technology and the internet in effective and good way)
