This is an open book short answer quiz covering Chapter 20 and Provision 6 of the ANA Code of Ethics.

Discuss how you, as a nurse, can act as the first line of defense to prevent patient errors. How would you proceed if you just have “a feeling” things are not right? What would you do when you are confident there is a safety issue?
