Case Management Process

Client assessment is an initial and critical phase in the case management process. Identify the different steps involved in the assessment of need. Include critical reflection on the inclusion of client strengths in the case management assessment. Identify barriers that case managers need to be aware of in the assessment phase and interview phase. Finish your discussion with examples of how the actions, attitudes, and perceptions of the case manager can enhance and hinder the assessment and interview stage.
