As a marketing consultant, construct a business report for an organisation of your choice, covering the following five aspects of Marketing Management:

You are employed by Universal Corporation Sdn. Bhd. as the new International Business Development Manager. Your main tasks are to establish an Export Department, recruit new team members, identify and expand the company’s business overseas.

You are to assess how your company can enter this market, taking into the following consideration:

1. Overall objectives for the new market

2. Select a range of products you intend to penetrate into this selected country

3. Industry analysis for your product within the selected market

4. What are the unique features and benefits of your products in your selected market

9. The ethical dilemmas you may encounter, and how you would overcome it
