Biological Families

Question 1

In cases where children are not returned to their biological families, the courts have to find safe, permanent homes for them, including adoptive homes. It is especially difficult in cases where the children have special needs, such as mental retardation or cerebral palsy. In 1997, The U.S. Congress enacted legislation that sought to correct the problems inherent with the foster care system and achieving permanency for special needs children.

Consider an organization that you have worked with in the past and ask yourself wheter you found it to have been a motivating or demotivating experience. Relate your experience and integrate the relevant motivation theories into those experiences. Regardless of the experiences being positive or negative ask yourself what could have been done to enhance motivation in that particular organization. Relate how better motivation might also iprove relationship management in the organization
