Authentic Leadership

1. Read Chapter 9: Authentic Leadership
2. Complete the “Authentic Leadership Self Assessment Questionnaire” at the end of the chapter.
3. Record and present your total scores for each of the four components of authentic leadership (include this in your submission along with #4 below). (Scores should be presented before the summary.)
4. Write a 1-2 page summary giving an interpretation of your scores, using the “Scoring Interpretation” and the chapter reading as your guide. (Prompts: Which are your stronger and weaker components and why do you think this is so; what do these scores say/suggest about you as an authentic leader; how can you use your findings to further develop as a leader.)

• Double-spaced
