Stakeholder’s Analysis Report

So, I am currently asked to write a Stakeholder’s Analysis that includes an ethical, societal and sustainability dilemma. I’ve uploaded the Stakeholder’s impact analysis instructions for the report. In addition, I’ve uploaded an example paper along with the Grading Rubrics and criteria, team project summary, presentation components & stakeholder’s analysis rubric. You can see the full instructions in “How to write a Stakeholder’s Impact Analysis” and an example paper of a stakeholder’s analysis written by an undergraduate student. However, the actual stakeholder’s analysis paper is expected to be better than the example paper as it was by an undergraduate student and this is a Graduate Business Ethics, Society & Sustainability class.

There are 4 key Chapter Reading from the Vision of the Firm Textbook I’ve been assigned as reading material from the class which I’ve uploaded as key reading material. I chapter focuses on the Stakeholder’s Theory, another focuses on the shareholder’s theory while the other chapter is on Hosmer’s Decision Making Process which mentions shareholders and stakeholders and topics on business ethics. There were at least 5 chapters assigned as reading but I’ve deemed them to be less important so I’ve not uploaded them for this request. There is also very important PowerPoint titled “Week 5 – Sync Session Stakeholder Theory BUS884” Which goes into stakeholder theory, includes the Stakeholder’s Analysis Map, Salience, how to write one and content to connect to

I also uploaded 3 important PowerPoints from the course I believed you can reference or connect to. Stakeholders Theory should come up as a topic in Week 5 – Purpose and limits of Markets and Managers” PowerPoint. The other two PowerPoints are worth skimming through.

As for collected information on the Company I was to write a Stakeholders Analysis I have 3 important files 1) Key Notes taken on XOS Trucks from Interviews, responses & Guest Speaking 2) Key Online Research on Xos Trucks for Stakeholder’s Analysis 3) Key Questions to Consider Asking Xos Trucks.

The total write up is to be 5 – 8 pages. I’m putting a request of 4 pages to present to my group for when we next meet so I have something solid to give them. After we meet and we have a clearer guideline of what we want to agree to have on the paper I will come back for a revision.
For now model out a 4-page stakeholder’s analysis on the two issues I’ve given you from the key notes taken and the key online research following the guidelines for the stakeholder’s analysis. Will set a 3 day deadline. If you need more time just ask. I will pay for One month revisions With 3 sources minimum citation. You can cite 4 or more if you find that better. Lastly, use APA Citation Methods and include Page #’s or Paragraph #’s for parenthetical in-text citations. I think it is a must to locate information easily. Also, use direct quotes or paraphrased information for the citations. If it is inferred it is okay as long as I can locate the information or the idea from the source.
