• How does the diversity group contribute to a collaborative and innovative environment?
• Conclude your report; why is it important to address this diverse group in the workplace?

Justin has been working at the local medical waste management company for many years. Recently, he was assigned to a team that will be responsible for creating a new program. As Justin works with the team, he finds that there is a lot of diversity within the team members that may eventually affect the success of the project. Justin often wonders what type of collaboration will be considered to help work through some of the challenges the team is facing.

Imagine you are the supervisor tasked with managing this team.

Create a 10- to 15-slide presentation for your team that discusses the following:

• Identify different diversities that may be found within groups.
• Explain the impact of diversity on an organization.
• Explain what impact personality and abilities can have on an organization’s performance.
• Explain your recommendations for using diversity as a strength.
