Report and Findings

Question 1

There has been much talk about the interaction between your diversity area and Millennials, and you have been asked by the leadership team to conduct research and report your findings to the board. You will need to conduct research and included the following questions addressed in your report:

1. Introduce your diversity area and Millennials.
2. Discuss similarities and differences between these two groups.
3. How does personal identity play a role with these two groups?
4. Discuss any proactive plans that you might use as a manager in the workplace.
5. Conclude your report.

Question 2

Research two or more organizations’ corporate websites and examine their organizational culture in regards to diversity. In a 2-3 page, APA formatted paper, compare and contrast these organizations and identify several strengths and weaknesses of each. From your analysis determine which you believe to be the more inclusive culture and why.

Question 3

Write a 1,050- to 1,400-word paper in which you include the following:

• A description of least four different characteristics of diversity
• A definition of the term minority, and an example of a minority group
• The difference between cultural diversity and racial diversity
• The impact multiculturalism has on globalization

Format your paper in accordance with APA guidelines.
