Option 1: Give an example of an incentive program used by an organization in which you were employed, and then describe why those plans were or were not successful.

Option 2: As an HR professional or supervisors you may be asked to develop or revise an incentive plan. Describe what issues or concerns you would have in developing your suggestions.

Option 3: Describe how you would measure the effectiveness of a variable pay plan or a pay for performance plan. How do you think these measures would support continuing with the current type of compensation plan or making changes to the existing plan?
