For this assessment you are to study a case in which a large organisation has been involved in a scandal within the last 10 years, for which a senior manager (or CEO) has been held accountable. Then answer the following question: If you were an Leadership Management Development (LMD) consultant what advice would you give the LMD director about LMD approaches for developing RLs?
