1- First project is Construction Supervision for Engineering Consultation company.
2- Second project is for Designing A building.

A brief on the requirements :

The Tenderer shall submit its Methodology & Working Plan for performing the
Services with Tender Schedule 2 (Tender Programme, Methodology & Working
Plan). The Tenderer is required to submit a narrative describing his understanding of
the scope of Services and demonstration of the Tenderer’s recognition of the Project
Components/Services, Employer’s Requirements, Project Challenges and Project
Risks. The Tenderer is required to submit a description of his plan for Project
Management and Design Management during each design stage, including
Management of Project Program, Scope/Deliverables Control, Cost Control, Value
Engineering, Risk Management and narrative describing the Tenderer’s approach on
NOC’s, Authorities Approvals.
(b) The Tenderer shall submit its Tender Programme for performing the Services with
Tender Schedule 2 (Tender Programme, Methodology & Working Plan). The
Tenderer is required to make its own detailed assessment of the time, work methods
and activities that shall be required for the successful and timely completion of the
Services and each Milestone, and shall submit its Tender on the basis of an assurance
that the Services can be completed by the relevant Milestone Dates identified in the
Volume 3 of the Tender Documents.
(c) The programme submitted by the Tenderer shall be prepared in sufficient detail to
enable the Employer to adequately evaluate the Tenderer’s planned execution, staging
and allocation of resources for the Services.
(d) The programme submitted by the Tenderer shall show the dates when the milestones
identified in the Tender Documents shall be achieved.
(e) The programme submitted by the Tenderer shall show and demonstrate Authorities
approvals, NOC’s acquirement and sequence of Authorities Submissions.
(f) The programme submitted by the Tenderer shall show all activities for all Design
trades.
(g) The Tenderer to submit his manpower histogram.
(h) The successful Tenderer shall be required to further develop and complete that tender
programme to a standard acceptable to the Employer and for incorporation into the
Conditions of Contract as the Programme
