The CEO has directed the construction of a new facility for a west coast business hub. He wants it to be approximately the same size of the Boston-based office to rapidly expand business on the west coast, with the goal of doubling revenue by Year 6. He also believes retention is lower than it should be due to intense competition for skilled technology workers.
