This week we talk about group dynamics. Select an organization upon which to base your discussion responses, and then address the following topics:

1. Explain why the study of group dynamics is important to today’s managers and how it would be useful to your organization in particular. (Include the URL of your organization in your post.)
2. Explain how group cohesiveness either is or could be developed and sustained in the organization.
3. Discuss the various organizational barriers to team effectiveness that you believe might exist in this organization.
4. Provide examples from the organization and from current research to support your comments and ideas.

For this assignment-You will produce an APA formatted, 2 – 3 page paper.

• Your paper will need to describe the impact on the decision-making and problem-solving processes of having a more diverse group.
• Please include and overview of the expected effects upon the communication processes and the likely consequences for the quality of the decisions made for the usefulness of group solutions for the larger community within which the group participates.
• Include four sources outside of the textbook, and cite correctly in the body of the paper and reference page.
