In the Courtyard Medical Plaza workbook, you share the pharmacy inventory to add items. On the Optometry worksheet, you find and correct invalid data.   1. Open the CourtyardMedical-07 workbook from your student data files. It is marked as final.
  2. Click Edit Anyway in the message bar, and save the workbook on OneDrive in your Documents or preferred folder as [your initials] Excel 7-5.
  3. Share the workbook with your secondary email address or your team member.
    1. Launch your email program and sign in to your secondary email account or work with your team member.
    2. Open the email message and the shared workbook in Excel for the web.
    3. Select the Pharmacy sheet.
    4. Enter data for two items shown here. Ignore the AutoComplete list for the Product ID values to enter new IDs as shown.     5. Close the Excel browser window and the email program and return to Excel.
  4. Select the Pharmacy tab and AutoFit column B.
  5. Click the Optometry worksheet tab and circle invalid data.
  6. Review the validation settings for any cell in column A and correct the invalid entries.
  7. Format the data on the Optometry sheet as an Excel table with White, Table Style Light 15. Turn off Banded Rows for the table.
  8. Create a new sheet view named Soft, and filter the data to display only the Soft prescription type.
  9. Check compatibility and copy the results to a new sheet. Name the sheet Compatibility.
  10. Save a copy of the workbook named [your initials] Excel 7-5Final on your PC in your usual folder for saving files.
  11. Mark the workbook as final and close it (Figure 7-85).
