For this assignment:
• Identify a topic that would be related to your specialization and dissertation interests.
• The Impact of Organizational Support and Incentive Policies on Mental Health Staff Satisfaction and Burnout: A Mixed-Methods Study”
This topic allows you to explore how HR practices, such as incentives, work-life balance policies, and supportive leadership, influence satisfaction and reduce burnout among mental health professionals.  The APA reference entry citation for each article.
 For example: Author, A. A., Author, B. B., & Author, C. C. (Year). Title of article. Title of Periodical, volume number(issue number), pages. If available, include DOI information. If the citation is from the Internet, include the URL from where it was retrieved. These annotated summaries need not appear in author alphabetical order in this segment of the paper. The reference information for these articles will also appear in the separate References page where they must appear in alphabetical order by author last name.

o Include a separate reference page with all the references in alphabetical order. These reference entries will be the same APA citation information and format that appeared in the annotated bibliography segment of the assignment.
