Highlight the key differentiators: Different modern activities that may be more catered to seniors now like opportunities for seniors to partake in outdoor sports, crafts, and research, unlike old activities like shuffleboard and bingo. Competitors may also be more expensive, unlike this new senior community which provides their services for 12 dollars per square foot.
