instructions will be named in the following:
FORMAL:
– it is a bachelor thesis/disertation
– 40 pages of text without table of content; bibliography and list of figures is required
– the references should at least be 25-30
– the referncing is harvard style, but the sources should be named in the text as well
for example: MR. X (2005) asserted, that…
– the type size is 12, 1.5 cm line spacing, left margin is 4,5 cm, right margin is 2-2,5 cm, top margin and lower margin should be around 3 cm
CONTENT:
due dilligence of companies
– process comparisons / comparisons of procedures : for which companies and sectors
– the target is to constitute the procedures and proof that they are right for the appropriate sector or company including examples!
Also: please write during the next 5 days 2 pages that can be used as the introduction as well about what the work is, how it is done and what the target is
the introduction also contains why due diligence is important in general for example for M&A in general etc.
