Conflict of interest situation

1. When writing your reflection assignments, please note that these should be personal reflection assignments about situations that you, yourself, have faced [or an analysis of a situation from a fiction story, movie, etc. as specified on the assignment]. The assignments should not involve a description or discussion of a situation that somebody else faced, nor a discussion or critique of how that other person handled (or should have handled) the situation.

2. When writing your reflection assignments, please do not report specific names of workplaces nor people. For example, please do not state “Once when I was working at Flower Boutique in the Lakeshore Mall, my supervisor Helen Smith let me know that we would be having a training session on …” Instead please state “Once when I working in a retail store, my supervisor let me know that…”
