  • In cell F1, type the name of your macro as documentation. In cell F2, type its keyboard shortcut.
  • Select cell A5. Record a macro with relative references and a keyboard shortcut to create the data entry area. In cells A5:C5, type Year, Model, and Recall Number. • Run the macro for the main labels. Select cell A6 and run the macro for the entry lines.
  • Display the Form button on the Quick Access toolbar.
  • Select cell A6 and click the Form button. Respond to the message box to open a blank entry form.
