For a museum exhibition, students should consider the type of exhibition (monographic/thematic), curatorial choices in the selection and display of objects, and the content of the catalogue. For a gallery review, students should include a discussion of the aesthetic qualities of the work on display, the installation of the exhibition, supporting material for the show, and how the current work fits into the artist’s oeuvre.
