Learning and Development Theories in Adults

Submit a 3- to 5-page paper in which you draw on the material found in the Walden Library’s “Education Theoretical Works” to explain the relationship between adult development and new learning or skill acquisition. Analyze the relationships between adult learning and adult development. Compare adult learning and adult development theories in the context of new skills. Explain which theory you will use to inform your Final Project Proposal. Why does the theory appeal to you? Why did you select this theory over other theories about learning or development?
